Cord of Three has a primary service region which includes the following six counties: Appling, Bacon, Brantley, Pierce, Ware and Wayne. In an attempt to meet the needs of families and to minimize travel time, we provide counseling at the locations listed below. Office hours are by appointment only. If you show up for a session without an appointment, you will be asked to contact our main phone number and schedule an appointment prior to being seen.
