Our Therapists must be licensed or licensed eligible with the State of Georgia with an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. For a complete job description and competency requirements, open the document listed below. Our interview process is thorough and rigorous with three levels of examination; the first level is the employment application itself. Once this has been submitted and you are selected for an interview, you will be invited to come in for a clinical interview. After a successful clinical interview, you will then be invited back in for an interview that will gauge your understanding of how to integrate biblical precepts and truths into the field of psychology. Our Family Life Specialists work in a lay counseling capacity providing support resources to the families coming to Cord of Three. In this role, you may serve as a life coach placing phone calls of encouragement and prayers to individuals who are working through the counseling process or you may be facilitating a support group for families dealing with issues such as grief, substance abuse, and parenting issues.
